Principle of Quantitative Control System
The quantitative control system has a linkage system composed of a quantitative control instrument, a flow meter, a solenoid valve or a pump. When the quantitative measurement starts, the quantitative controller instructs the solenoid valve or pump to open, and the fluid enters the flow sensor. The flow sensor generates a flow signal and transmits it to the quantitative controller and measures it. When the flow reaches the specified value, the quantitative controller sends a command to disconnect the solenoid valve or pump (the solenoid valve and the pump can be controlled at the same time, or can be controlled separately), back In the initial closed state, one metering cycle ends.

The main features of the quantitative flow control system:

1. It only needs to be composed of measuring sensor, controller and cut-off equipment, simple structure and low cost;
2. All flow meters and cut-off devices provide power in the control box, and only need to provide AC220V to the control box.
3. The control box panel is equipped with "start", "stop" and other buttons, and has a "status indicator" display, so the display is intuitive, the operation is simple, convenient and easy to learn;
4. Each quantitative system value can be changed arbitrarily according to needs, and only needs to be completed in the quantitative control instrument
5. The display parameters of the quantitative controller include the current accumulation, total accumulation, instantaneous flow, time, flowmeter input signal value, etc.;
