What should I do if the vortex flowmeter does not display the flow rate?

1. Confirm whether it is connected, check whether the output voltage of the power supply circuit board is normal, or try to replace the entire power supply circuit board to determine whether it is good or bad.

2. Check whether the cable is in good condition and the connection is correct.

3. Check the direction of steam flow and whether the liquid in the tube is full. For forward and reverse measurement, if the directions are inconsistent, you can measure, but the set display flow does not match the positive and negative directions and must be corrected. If the workload is heavy, you can also change the direction of the arrow on the sensor and reset the display meter symbol. If the pipeline is not filled with liquid, it is mainly caused by improper installation position of the vortex flowmeter. Measures should be taken during installation to avoid unsatisfactory liquid in the pipeline.

4. Check whether the electrode on the inner wall of the transmitter is covered with a liquid shell layer. For measuring steam that is easy to scab, it should be cleaned regularly.

5. If it is judged that the converter assembly is damaged, please replace it.
